Recently, I lead a training on a number if emergency management topics for the Utah State University Housing & Residence Life Department (my employer). One of the topics that was requested was a training on the Incident Command System as it relates to program and event management. For that session, I developed a PDF guide. Please visit http://goo.gl/E3dnb to get the PDF copy. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
